Fontainebleau ($45-$75): The resort’s Vida and Blade Sushi offer prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner 5-10 p.m. for $45 a person; the new Stripsteak will serve Thanksgiving brunch noon-4 p.m. for $65, and Scarpetta, Michael Mina 74 and Stripstreak will have prix-fixe dinner menus for $75. Il Mulino South Beach ($50): From 5:30 to 11 p.m., Il Mulino New York’s newest outpost hosts a family-style Thanksgiving dinner that includes fresh mozzarella with grilled vegetables, roasted turkey with chestnut-sausage stuffing, green beans marinara, plus pumpkin cheesecake.
